Q. How long does it take to install a CallN Enterprise solution?
A: The CallN solution can be installed in just a few hours.
Q. How long does it take to train on the system?
A: CallN offers a 4 hour administrator training package to jump start your system.
Q. Do you have your own speech engine?
A: CallN uses VoiceBase for transcription and IBM Watson for sentiment analysis.
Q. How long does it take for the transcription to process?
Under normal conditions you should see your transaction processed around 10 minutes, however it could be around a few hours depending on the length of the call or time of day etc.
Q. What support is offered on the solution?
CallN offers full support on installation and helps you get started using the rest APIs . We also have VARs that you can contract out for any of your custom needs.
