CallN hosted call recording software integrates with the Ericsson-LG iPECS system to provide your call recording needs. The CallN Recording platform connects to the iPECS data switch, recording the calls and uploading them to your CallN Portal. Support for both digital and VOIP handsets connected to the iPECS means that your calls are recorded and available to you anywhere you have access to a web browser.
CallN does not support the iPECS eMG80 system unless it is configured for Voice Over IP and using IP handsets.
