MAGICJACK SUPPORT
USING MAGICJACK WITH CALLN
The magicJack device uses VoIP to allow you to make local and long-distance calls using your existing internet connection.
You can setup CallN to work with magicJack in a few easy steps on any Microsoft Windows based PC.
Note: If you have more than 5 x magiJacks in your office please contact us to discuss an easier way to connect them all to CallN.
HOW TO SETUP YOUR MAGICJACK WITH CALLN
STEP 1: CONNECTING YOUR MAGICJACK
(a) Plug your phone into the port labeled “PHONE” on your magicJack.
(b) Connect the provided USB extension to your magicJack.
(c) Plug your magicJack into a USB port on the Windows PC that you will install the CallN Thin Client software.
STEP 2: CREATE YOUR CALLN FREE TRIAL
If you haven’t already created your FREE Trial click on the button below now before you begin the installation.
STEP 3: DOWNLOAD & INSTALL THE MAGICJACK THIN CLIENT SOFTWARE
CallN’s thin client software will work on any Microsoft Windows based PC.
Click on the button below to download the CallN software for magicJack.
Once downloaded, run the file to begin the installation.
STEP 4: ENTER YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS
During the installation you will be presented with the configuration dialog. You need to enter your Domain, Username and Password that you received via e-mail when you created your FREE Trial CallN account.
Enter these details and click ‘OK’. When the installation is complete go to Step 5.
STEP 5: YOU’RE READY TO GO!
Now you can login into CallN account, make a test call on your phone, wait a couple of minutes and you’ll see it appear in your CallN account.
